User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and Trust Wallet Card ("Provider"), a US-based entity. This Agreement supplements the Terms of Use and governs the issuance and use of your Trust Wallet Card.

1. Card Issuance

Upon completing the card creation process, you will be issued a virtual payment card. The card is free of charge, with no issuance fee and no monthly fee.

2. Funding

Your card is funded from your Trust Wallet balance using your selected cryptocurrency. Blockchain network fees may apply during the funding process. These fees are determined by the blockchain network and are not controlled by Trust Wallet Card.

3. Transactions

When you make a purchase, your selected cryptocurrency is converted to the merchant's local currency at the current market rate. Conversion rates are provided at the time of transaction.

4. Card Controls

You may:

• Freeze and unfreeze your card at any time
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits

5. No KYC
